What materials are your clothes made of?
Our clothes are made using 100% US cotton that is ethically grown and harvested. Gildan is also a proud member of the US Cotton Trust Protocol ensuring ethical and sustainable means of production. The tees are certified by Oeko-Tex for safety and quality assurance.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to most countries all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Once your order has been shipped out, you can use the following estimated timeframes:
UK: 5-15 business days
Ireland: 2-5 business days
European countries: 2-5 business days
US and Canada: 5-15 business days
Australia: 5-15 business days
Rest of world: 10-30 business days
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. Installments are available through Klarna, subject to approval.
How can I check my order status?
You can view your order status on your order confirmation e-mail, which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.
Can I cancel or adjust an order?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t always able to accommodate changes to all orders. Please contact our team immediately at customerservice@fazclothing.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.

Do I need to pay for duties and taxes?
The customer is liable to pay for any customs charges that may incur. All items are sent from Europe.
